Develops and implements training programs and manuals for the Security Department, Fire Command Center and Employee Investigations Unit.Develops and implements security and safety training programs and procedures for all company employees.Responsible for selection, training and activities of security staff.Plans and implements a system to ensure compliance with CCC, DGE, ACFD and DCA rules and regulations.Responsible for the efficient overall operation of the Security Division to include Security, Fire Command and Employee Investigations Unit.
